Enjoying the new house
Well we are all moved into the new house and we love it! It is so nice to have enough room for everyone. The kids have a blast in the basement, it's their own space. We are still settling in and making small improvements as we go along.

Snow Snow & More Snow
It snowed about 3-4" yesterday so school was cancelled. There was a 2 hour delay today due to extremely low temperatures. It's been snowing since this afternoon and is supposed to continue all night, eventually turning to freezing rain. So more than likely no school tomorrow.
It is really pretty and the kids love to play in the snow!! So here are a couple of pics of the kids playing today:

New House

So we purchased a new home!! We're really looking forward to moving now; so hopefully closing won't be far off. It's a great "starter" home; 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great fenced backyard. There's plenty of wildlife running through the neighborhood; i.e. deer, turkey. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, I'm sure they'll eat any flowers I plant.

Bishop Flaget Thanksgiving Feast 2007

Christopher's pre-k class at Bishop Flaget School had a Thanksgiving feast with their 4th grade mentors yesterday. Christopher's picture made the front page of our local newspaper. I overheard him telling Elizabeth that he's a superstar now because he's on the front page of the newspaper that Papaw reads. Too cute!!
Yummy Cookies!

We made cut-out sugar cookies today! I splurged and bought some cookie cutters from Pampered Chef...they are too cute! The set included an apple, pumpkin, heart, star, leaf, jalapeno, flower and clover. They were easy for the kids to use so that is a major plus! Yummy!!
The finished product! And yes, I let the kids help frost the cookies. It was messy but a blast! And the cookies were delicious!
